Premier League: Kolo Touré slammed six –months ban
Ivorian international Habib Kolo Touré has been slammed a six month ban by the disciplinary committee of the English FA after the Frenchman failed a drugs test earlier in March.
The Ivorian had earlier been forced to sit oumt of Manchester City’s remainder of the season,as he watched his team mates win the FA cup and finished third in the premiership level on points with Chelsea,gaining an automatic champions League spot.The six month ban now means Touré will miss the start of City’s 2011-2012 campaign and can only resume on September 2011.
