Angola: Football Federation To Sign Contract With ADIDAS In 2013

The Angolan Football Federation (AFF) will in 2013 sign a contract with the sports equipment company, ADIDAS to supply material to various national teams.


The Angolan Football Federation (AFF) will in 2013 sign a contract with the sports equipment company, ADIDAS to supply material to various national teams.
This information was released last Friday by AFF president Mr Pedro Neto. Without giving the term of this contract, Mr Neto stated that the equipments used this year By the Angolan national football team at the Africa Cup of Nations carried ADIDAS’ trademark but were bought. He said ADIDAS; which found it impossible to supply Angola for the 2012 Afcon has already approved the sponsorship as the contract will be signed next year.
AFF president mentioned that some irregularities between the football governing body and their former sponsor; PUMA made the German Sports equipment company to withdraw.
