Morocco: Soumiya Labani Wins International Marathon of Marrakech

Moroccan Soumiya Labani took first in the 23^rd edition of the International Marathon of Marrakech in the ladies category at home. She posted two hours thirty four minutes and fifty six seconds. Ethiopians; Meleki El Fenesh and Abeba Gérémeskel came second and third respectively.

In the men’s marathon, Kenyan Stephen Tum posted two hours eight minutes and fifty one seconds and emerged first. Gezahagen Girma of Ethiopia came second while Daniel Rono of Kenya took the third position.
