Vodacom Cup : Namibia withdraws
Namibia has announced that it would not participate in the Vodacom Cup for financial reasons.
It is official; Namibia has announced that it would not participate in the Vodacom Cup for financial reasons. The South African organizers have not plan to replace the Namibia Welwitschias.
As reminder, the Vodacom Cup is an annual competition that brings together fourteen teams of South African provinces, a Namibian team (Welwitschias) and an Argentine team, Pampas XV. The objective of this championship which is in reality that of hopefuls is to give playing time - between February and May - to those who cannot participate in the Super 15. With main teams.
