Harun Njoroge's victory was not really challenged at the Beppu-Oita Marathon in Japan. With a time of 2h 09'38 ", the Kenyan really crossed the finish line with 1'27" ahead of the Mongol Bat-Ochir. He also improves its best performance of more than two minutes. Japan is quite favourable to the Kenya, who had already won the Hokkaido Marathon in August 2011.
