On its part, South Africa emerged victorious in Hamilton before New Zealand (174-173) as part of the International Twenty series. In a first match in Wellington on February 17, New Zealand beat South Africa 148 to 147 (by six wickets). Both teams will meet again on February 25 in Wellington
