Mad Professors Ariwa Sounds present the “Back to Africa” Festival 2012.
Mad Professors Ariwa Sounds present the “Back to Africa” Festival 2012. The festival will take place from the 20th – 25th January 2012 in Batunku, Gambia and forms part of the 30th anniversary celebration of Ariwa Sounds in the music biz. The Reggae, Dub, Dubstep, Lovers Rock, Dancehall, Roots & Culture Music “Back to Africa” will feature label as well as local and international performances including Mad professor himself, Lee”Scratch” Parry, Macka B, Levi Roots and many more. There will also be a variety of Dance Showcases (salsa, raggae, calypso, African traditional and contemporary dancing), Fashion Shows, a Natural Beauty Contest, plus various workshops and seminars.
