Rusengamihigo Emmanuel dit Ragabo Manu_est né en République Démocratique du Congo de parents rwandais. En 1997, le jeune garçon découvre sa passion pour la chanson. Il fait alors partie d’un groupe musical(Victoria musica) en Tanzanie(Mwanza) En 1998,il va à Nairobi(Kenya) ;il fait partie d’un groupe congolais(Super Mazembe). En 2000 Manu retourne en Tanzanie pour faire les études musicales. Là bas, il rencontre le groupe Super Volcano,ils enregistrent leur premier album, Après plusieures tournées aux emirats arabes unis,En 2003 Manu décide de se rendre au Sénégal.il rencontre le groupe Cool strars, Il compose quelques titres avec les Cool stars comme SOS Efant etc… Il est entrain de poursuivre sa carrière solo
